Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Fly to Flight mobile app and the flytoflight.supfabric.com website (the "Service"). By downloading or using the Service you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use the Service.
1. Scope of the Service
Fly to Flight is a travel assistant offering flight-status tracking, real-time alerts, connection analysis, passenger-rights guidance and calculations, baggage rules, country/visa guides and an encrypted document wallet. You are granted a personal, worldwide, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use it.
2. Informational nature — important
Flight data (times, gates, delays, carousels) comes from third-party providers and is informational; it can occasionally lag or be incomplete. The authoritative source for boarding, gates and departure times is always your airline's and airport's official announcements. Do not base critical decisions solely on the app.
3. Passenger-rights content is not legal advice
Passenger-rights information and compensation calculations in the app (SHY-Passenger, EC 261/2004, the Montreal Convention, etc.) are carefully curated general information; they do not create an attorney-client relationship and are not a substitute for legal advice. Letter templates are provided for convenience; the sender remains responsible for what is sent.
4. Your account and responsibilities
- Your account is anonymous and your access token is stored on your device. You are responsible for the security of your device and backups; if the token is lost we cannot recover the account — we don't know who you are.
- You agree to use the Service in compliance with applicable law.
- You are responsible for the lawfulness and accuracy of content you store in the document wallet.
5. Acceptable use
The following are prohibited:
- flooding the Service with automated requests (bots, scrapers) or attempting to disrupt it,
- reverse engineering or attempts to bypass security measures,
- attempting to access other users' data,
- reselling the Service or offering it commercially without permission.
6. Pricing, subscriptions and refunds
- The Service is provided through an auto-renewing yearly subscription ($3.99/year; the App Store prices it in your local currency). There is no free tier: without a subscription the app opens, but only the subscription screen is shown.
- Purchase and billing happen through the Apple App Store; we never see your payment details. The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Cancel any time under App Store → your account → Subscriptions; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policy and go directly to Apple; we charge nothing outside the App Store.
- A purchase made with the same Apple ID is recovered on a new device with Restore purchases on the subscription screen.
- Subscriptions are purchased through the App Store and managed via your Apple account; they renew automatically unless cancelled (Apple ID → Subscriptions).
- Refunds follow Apple's refund policy and are requested through Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com).
- No free trial is offered at this time. If one is introduced, its terms will be shown clearly on the purchase screen.
7. Intellectual property
All rights in the app, website, brand, logo and content are reserved. These terms grant a licence to use, not any transfer of intellectual-property rights.
8. Third-party services and links
The Service relies on third-party providers for flight data, maps and push delivery, and may link to official authority or airline pages. Those services and sites are the responsibility of their providers.
9. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Without prejudice to your mandatory consumer rights and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for delays, errors or omissions in third-party data sources; for notifications arriving late or not at all; for decisions made in reliance on the Service (including missed flights); or for indirect damages. Cases of intent or gross negligence are excluded from this limitation.
10. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for violations of the acceptable-use rules. You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account in the app.
11. Changes
These terms may be updated; the current version is always published on this page with its effective date. Material changes are announced in the app; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan) have jurisdiction. Your right to apply to consumer arbitration boards and consumer courts, and any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence, remain unaffected.
